Obituary
Mrs. Zelona Cunningham, age 83 of Tuscaloosa, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11-A.M. from Samantha Holiness Church. Burial will follow in Yellow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11 A,M. at the church. Bro. Denny Renfroe, Bro. Greg Strickland, and Bro. Allen Cunningham will officiate.
Sis.Zelona Cunningham was a rare jewel in this world. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and precious friend to many. Her love for her Lord radiated through every aspect of her life. She was clothed with the fruit of the Spirit and was a living testimony of the love of God.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Rev. Frank E. Cunningham, parents, Arrie and Essie B. "Mutt" Duncan, and brother, Edward Duncan.
Survivors include her children: Allen (Kathie) Cunningham, Oviatt (Tracey) Cunningham, Cathy Boyd, Nellda (Steve) Smith, one brother: Floyd Duncan, 9 grandchildren: Adam, Jennifer, Carrie (Jeremy), Nathan, Allison (Zac), Raychelle (Brandon), Todd (Stacie), Randy (Judi), and Dylan, 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of many friends.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
