Willie Thomas Sanford, Jr.

Mr. Willie Thomas Sanford, Jr. age 64 of Berry, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Fayette Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 2, 2026 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home. 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Willie Thomas Sanford and Willie Frances Morrison Sanford, and sister: Linda Sanford.

Survivors include his son: Brandon Wesley Sanford, brother: Jarrette Sanford, sisters: Debbie Patilla, Brenda Gail Gardner, Connie Sentell, and Barbara Terry, and two grandchildren: Tristian and Lilly Sanford. 

Pallbearers will be: Joey Blake, Kevin Brasher, Dalton Terry, Jason Nelson, Johnny Trimm, and Shannon Terry.
