Willie Pendley Obituary
Mr. Willie Oscar Pendley, age 71 of Fayette, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at Noland Hospital in Tuscaloosa.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 20, 2022 from 6-7 P.M. at Nelson Funeral Home.
Survivors include his son: Matthew Pendley (Christy) of Fayette, and one sister: Billie Jo Handley of Walker Co, a loving aunt: Earnie Mae Bonner of Fayette, sister-in-law: Mary Pendley of LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents: David Pendley and Dorothy Smith Pendley, one brother: Lee Pendley, and one sister: Jimmie Carol Cagle.
Oscar loved his son Matt dearly. He always had a smile for all who visited him. He loved to laugh and kid around with his caregivers at Fayette Long Term Care, and talk about his days when he drove a truck.
