William Bryan Simpson

Mr. William Bryan Simpson, age 79 of Bankston, passed away July 2, 2026 at his residence.

Mr. Simpson was a man of God. He was a helping friend to everyone. He enjoyed life at it's best. He was an avid outdoors person, loved fishing, building homes, and gardening.

He was a retired Postmaster.

Graveside services will be held Monday, July 6, 2026 at 10-A.M. from Cedar Grove Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by a son: Mark Simpson, parents: George Thomas Simpson and Eva Cile Fowler Simpson, and brother: George Simpson.

Survivors include a son: Scott Simpson, sister: Joan Simpson Tyner, a special friend: Peggy Bailey, 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Cody Simpson, Scott Simpson, Will Tyner, Curtis Simpson, and Pat Simpson.
