William Johnston

Mr. William Johnston, age 88 of the Pea Ridge Community, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 26, 2021 at 1-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Painter Cemetery. Clyde Spruell will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday from 12-1 P.M. at the funeral home.

Survivors include his son: Del Johnston of Alabaster, daughters: Yvonne Johnson of Ashville and Lisa Ellis (Chris) of Pinson, 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Essie Clara Johnston, parents: Delmer and Bertha Robinson Johnston, sibblings, children: Mitchell Earl Johnston, Linda Diane Hopkins, William Allen Johnston, and grandson: Kenneth Gabriel Johnson.
