Tracy Lynette Franks

Mrs. Tracy Franks, age 55 of Fayette, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home.

Tracy was born to Judith and Donald Fairchild on February 11, 1965 in South Bend, IN. She was the greatest gift being the only girl of five older brothers, and the best big sister to two younger brothers. She would help anybody, had the biggest heart of gold. twenty-one years ago she took a leap of faith and moved from Indiana to Alabama, and married the love of here life, Michael Franks. They married on May 26, 1999. She then continued being the best mom ever, and graduated to the best nana. She loved all her babies. She went home while being surrounded by all the people she loved the most.

Survivors include her husband: Michael Franks of Fayette, mother: Judith Tamlyn of Indiana, one son: Kenneth Woodrum of Winfield, one daughter: Tabitha Sudduth of Fayette, six brothers: Jim Henderson (Kathy), John Henderson (Marilyn), Scott Fairchild (Joyce), Frank Fairchild (Juanita), Charlie Henderson, and Donald Fairchild, Jr., all of Indiana, two sisters: Debbi Dougall and Lynn Hartzke both of Indiana, and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father: Donald Fairchild, and two brothers: Mike Henderson and Tom Henderson.

Pallbearers will be: Mike Franks, Ken Woodrum, Allen Franks, Ricky Franks, Chesley Sudduth, and Scott Fairchild.
