Timothy Whitaker

Mr. Timothy Whitaker, age 67 of Fayette, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 3-P.M. at the residence.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Carleton and Georgia Thomas Whitaker, and a sister: June Whitaker Miller.

Survivors include his wife: Peggy Wise Whitaker of Fayette, two sons: Timothy Caleb Whitaker of Jasper, and Thomas Whitaker of Rocky Mount, NC, one daughter: Elizabeth Colburn of Jasper, one sister: Lynn Whitaker Ford, and eight grandchildren.

Timothy was a retired registered nurse of 35 years, he was an avid hunter and fisherman, and gun enthusiast. Most importantly loving husband to his wife of 45 years, and loving father and grandfather.
