Thomas Hulon Bobo

Mr. Thomas Hulon "Bo" Bobo, age 92 of Vernon, passed away May 26, 2024 at Diversicare in Winfield.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. Thad Hawkins and Jeff Randolph will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas Tierce Bobo and Erline Miles Bobo, wife: Eulene Butler Bobo, sisters: Mattie Ruth Nichols, Bessie Gilpin, Bernice May, Addie Berryhill, and three great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife: Edgilee Bobo, two daughters: Deborah Morrison (Mack) and Vicki Howton (Billy Joe), step-children: Thad Hawkins (Patty), Sandra Reeves (Tony) and Curtis Hawkins, two grandchildren: Garrett Morrison and Julie Wilkins (Richard), four great-grandchildren,nine step- great-grandchildren, and two step-great-great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be: member of Lamar Church of Christ in Vernon, Hospice of Northwest Alabama Hospice in Winfield, staff of Diversicare in Winfield, and Dr. Gary Thomas and staff.

Active pallbearers will be: Garrett Morrison, Donald Gilpin, Fred Driver, Richard Wilkins, Noah Morrison, CJ Wilkins, and Jerry Don Nichols.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of West Alabama in Winfield.
