Obituary
Mr. Steve Freeman, age 77 of Fayette, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at DCH Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 30, 2023 at 3-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-3 P.M. at the funeral home. Justin Guin and Carson Nichols will officiate.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Isaac and Carrine Shelton Freeman, brother: James David Freeman, and a sister: Judith Irene Freeman.
Survivors include two sons: Matt Freeman (Nikki) of Hong Kong, Chad Freeman (Lauren) of Huntsville, two daughters: Connie Palmer of Winfield, and Chanda Tomlin (Brad) of Northport, six grandchildren: Justin Guin (Tiffany), Ashley Jordan (Danny), Kirsten Harrison (Garrett), Chandler Palmer, Henley Tomlin, and Levi Freeman, and six great-grandchildren: Afton Guin, Blake Guin, Ben Guin, Liam Lawrence, Caroline Jordan, and Danny Jordan, Jr.
Pallbearers will be: Chandler Palmer, Brad Tomlin, Chad Freeman, Liam Lawrence, Blake Guin, Danny Jordan, and Garrett Harrison.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to Maywood Christian Camp or Fayette Church of Christ.
