Sherman Fowler

Mr. Sherman Fowler, age 90 of Fayette, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Morningview Estates.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Darren Pollard and Bro. Adam Smith will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Olen and Delia Moore Fowler, wife: Mary Lou Fowler, and sister: Wylodene Burkett.

Survivors include two sons: Jerlon Fowler (Diane), and Gaylon Fowler both of Bankston, one granddaughter: Emily Lucas (Eric), and two great grandsons: Mason and Brody Lucas. 

Honorary pallbearers are: Alabama Hospice Care of Jasper, and Morningview Estates staff and employees.

Active pallbearers will be: Jimmy Feltman, Vick Selman, Ray Selman, Ted Sands, Danny Smith, and Kip Madison.
