Mrs. Ruby Odom, age 71 of Bankston, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Adam Homan will officiate.
Survivors include her husband: Roger Odom, son: Doug Oliver (Tracy), daughters: Tasha Oliver and Pam Cannon (Randal), sisters: Shirley Oliver (Chris) and Sabrina Nichols (Jerry), brothers: Larry Cannon, Bobby Cannon (Cathy), Randal Cannon (Pam), Jerry Cannon (Tina), Aaron Cannon, Jr. (Kellie), Bobby Cannon, Jr, sister-in-law: Kathy Cannon, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Aaron and Marselean Corkerin Cannon, brothers: Ralph Cannon and Rickey Cannon, and sister: Norma Jean Cannon.
Pallbearers will be: Hunter Cannon, Kondaruis Wilson, Jeremiah Madden, Nathan Hillis, Zane Cannon, and Shane Westbrook.
