Robert Donald Fields

Mr. Robert Donald Fields, age 92 of Fayette, passed away March 31, 2026 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Hopewell-Rosehill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Thomas Fields and Bro. Gary Cargile will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Helen Fields, and infant son: Donnie Fields.

Survivors include one son: Robert "Rusty" Fields (Donna) of Fayette, daughter: Pam Taylor(Tony) of Bankston, sister: Joan Watts of Bankston, sister-in-law: Sedia Fields of Fayette, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be: Jason Fields, Tim Fields, Thomas Fields, LeWayne Bridgeman, Allen Earnest, and Billy Howard Fields.
