Mr. Murry Clifton Rainwater, Jr., age 74 of Hamilton, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Marion Regional Nursing Home in Hamilton.
Mr. Rainwater was a graduate of Hubbertville High School, a member of the Assembly of God Church, and a Vietnam Veteran.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery-Bluff. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Murry Clifton Rainwater and Ina Mae Taylor Rainwater, brothers: Thurmon C. Rainwater, Hollis Rainwater, John Wiley Rainwater, Travis D. Rainwater, sisters: Edreal Faye Goodwin and Thelma Reid.
Survivors include a daughter: Vanessa Lee Rainwater of Los Angeles, CA., sister:" Pearline May of Hamilton, and brother: Kenneth Rainwater (Linda) of Florence.
