Mary Johnston

Mrs. Mary Johnston, age 84 of Berry, passed away January 5, 2024 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Panter Cemetery. Bro. Dennis Pinion will officiate. The will be no visitation.

Survivors include her son: Kenneth D. Johnston (Jessica) of Berry, daughter: Deborah K. Brand (Frankie) of Berry, brother: Edwin Hopson of Crossville, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth E. Johnston, parents: Davis Hopson and Nannie Millwood Hopson, 1 brother and 1 sister.

Pallbearers will be: Frankie Brand, Dale Johnston, Cody Brand, John Hosflet, Shawn Johnston, and Edward Johnston.
