Obituary
Mrs. Margaret Davis, age 70 of Fayette, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Noland Hospital.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fayette City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12-2 P.M. at the funeral home.
Margaret was born to Charles William Brown and Lola Dean Campbell Brown on October 3, 1951 at McNease-Robertson Clinic and was a lifelong resident of Fayette. She was a 1971 graduate of Fayette County High School and attended Bevill State College.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Johnny and Evelyn Brown, and Walter and Julia Campbell, all of Fayette.
Survivors include her husband: Freddie Davis of Fayette, sons: Marcus Owens, and Chesley Owens (Terra), grandchildren: Brianna, Chelsey, and Brandon Owens all of Fayette, sister: Charlotte Harris (Mike) of Rome, GA, step-son: Chris Davis (Rachel) of Arizona, nephews and nieces: Bert Childers, Lindy Rager (Scott) of Tupelo, MS, Greg Childers, Aaron Roby, and Bailie Rager, and extended family and friends.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Dirk Berry, Staff of Noland Hospital Tuscaloosa, and the Staff of Davita Dialysis of Fayette
