Lurlene Agnew Obituary

Mrs. Lurlene Agnew, age 88 of Fayette, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held Monday, January 11, 2021 at 1-P.M. from Fayette Memorial Gardens. The family request mask and social distancing due to Covid.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Dilmus Howard Agnew, Jr., parents: Selma and Joe Robert Swanigan Sr., two brothers: Joe Robert Swanigan, Jr., Leeburn Swanigan, and four sisters: Anna Frances Sneed, Emmaline Shelly, Julie Dean Swanigan, and Jo Ann Swanigan.

Survivors include two sons: Paul Ray Agnew and Tierre Douglas Agnew, four daughters: Feddie Lawanda Gray, Patricia Lorraine Smith, Orthelia Dean Agnew, Selina Renee Peet, one sister: Ruby Lee Moore, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
