Leigha Doughty

Leigha Doughty, age 2 of Fayette, passed away November 9, 2022 at Children's of Alabama.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 at 12-noon from New Friendship Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 10-11 A.M. at Nelson Funeral Home.

Survivors include her mother: Christa Doughty, father: Jerome Swanigan, brother: Justus Doughty, grandmother: Maxine Hayden, Uncle: Walter Doughty, aunt: Regina Doughty, cousins: Tamika Doughty, Keshawn Smith, Lakenzie Smith, Jaylie Stowe, Tevin Doughty, and Aishea Taylor.

She was preceded in death byher brothers: Michael and Christopher Doughty, grandfather: Earnest Hayden, and great-grandmother: Grace Doughty.

Pallbearers will be: Walter Doughty, Jwaun Carr, Demetrice Young, and Jerome Swanigan.
