Joseph Williamson

Mr. Joseph Williamson, age 80 of Fayette, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025 at his residence. 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11-A.M. from Macedonia-Gumbud Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10-11 A.M. at the church. 

He was preceded in death by his parents: Phynes and Mildred Gray Williamson, and sister: Marilyn Tucker. 

Survivors include his wife: Donna Williamson of Fayette, two sons: Kent Williamson (Jenn) of Birmingham, and Christopher Williamson (Kate) of Fayette, one brother: Bryan Williamson (Georgia) of Alabaster, and two grandchildren.
