He was preceded in death by his father: Joe Thomas Cook, and two sons: Dallas Clinton Cook and William Travis Cook.
Survivors include his mother: Dorothy Garcia (Joe) of Fayette, son: Landon Cooper Cook of Fayette, daughter: Sarah Christy of Texas, brothers: Steve Cook of Fayette and Jeremy Garcia of Texas, and a sister: Sonya Crawford of Millport.
