Johnny David Lowery

Mr. Johnny D. Lowery, age 90 of Bankston, passed away January 13, 2026 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Haygood and Philip Baus will officiate.

He was preceded in death by his wife Elouise Lowery.

Survivors include two sons: David Lowery (Rene) of Helena and Joe Lowery (Angel) of Tuscaloosa, brothers: Bill Lowery (June), DH Lowery, and Carl Gene Lowery, all of Bankston, sisters: Ruth Crowley (Don) of Kennedy, Dorothy Cannon of Fayette, Frances Aldridge of Kennedy, 7 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
