Joey Cosby

Mr. Joey Cosby, age 54 of Fayette, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Fayette Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. Thomas Clay and Steve Strange will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife: Patsy Cosby of Fayette, daughter: Courtney Cosby Sullivan (Kyle) of Fayette, mother: Linda Cosby of Fayette, 2 grandchildren: Rhett and Bryson Sullivan.

He was preceded in death by his father: Joe Mac Cosby, Sr., grandparents: Radford and Pernie Crowell, Homer and Ruby Cosby.Honorary pallbearers will be: City of Fayette employees.

Active pallbearers will be: David Ray, Rodney Colburn, Joseph Brock, Lance Holliman,Scott Medows, Steven Foster, Joey Byars, and Chris Champion.
