Jimmy Dean "Peckerwood" Feltman

Mr. Jimmy Dean "Peckerwood" Feltman, age 65 of Fayette, passed away August 29, 2023.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 at 10-A.M. from New Liberty Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Adam Smith will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 P.M. at Nelson Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife: Jeannie Feltman of Fayette, parents: Ed and Dot Feltman of Bankston, brother: Michael Feltman (Anita) of Coker, sister: Patty Willcutt (Charles) of Oakman, father and mother-in-law: Marshall and Nell Lowery, brother-in-law: Marty Lowery (Jo), six nephews: Jeremy Lowery (Lane), Kyle Lowery (Alicia), Anthony Feltman (Caitlyn), Andrew Feltman (Tiffany), Joe Willcutt (Emily), Zac Willcutt, great-nieces: Kristen Lowery, Mallory Feltman, Blair Willcutt, Rebecca Feltman,  great-nephews: Banks Lowery, Wyatt Feltman, Landon Feltman, and Jax Lowery.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: George and Ruby Feltman, Joe and Geneva Hardee.

Honorary pallbearers will be nephews: Jeremy Lowery, Kyle Lowery, Anthony Feltman, Andrew Feltman, Joe Willcutt, and Zac Willcutt.

Active pallbearers will be: John Shepherd, Gary Hensley, Paul Brooks, Charles Odom, Jerlon Fowler, and Milburn Savage.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Gideons International or New Liberty FWB Youth Group Fund.
