Obituary
Mrs. Jewel Phillips, age 93 of Carbon Hill, passed away peacefully at her home on March 21, 2023. She was a lifelong member of the Pleasant Grove community. She was loved by many.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Sissy Sullins will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Willard Phillips and son: Bobby Phillips.
Survivors include her daughters: Judy Dutton (Butch), Susie Wingrad (Johnny), son: Terry Phillips (Debbie), daughter-in-law: Janice Phillips, 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Jack Dozier, Robby Canviness, Dylan Crain, Andy Cecil, BJ Hanks, and Brandon Swindle.
