Mr. Jerry Wilson age 48 of Fayette, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

Funeral services will be held Monday, September 10, 2018 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Bankhead Cemetery.
