Jennie Katherine Butler

Mrs. Jennie Katherine Butler, age 82 of Fayette, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Lamar County. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by parents: Avery Elbert and Ada Frances Aldridge, husband: Joe W. Butler, son: Christopher Todd Butler, brothers: Roy, Raymond, James, Elmer, David, Cois Aldridge, and a sister: Christine Lawrence.

Survivors include her sisters: Geraldine Elliott (James) of Kennedy, Opal Knight (Jimmy) of Eutaw, Earline McAdams (Kenneth) of Millport, brother: Olen Aldridge of Aliceville.

Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren.
Active pallbearers will be: Chester Aldridge, Jerry Aldridge, Scott Lawrence, Toby Lawrence, and Eric McAdams.
