James Wayne Wendt

Mr. James Wendt, age 84 of Winfield, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024 at Diversicare.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 3-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Winfield City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-3 P.M. at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James and Frances Klingensmith Wendt, wife: Joyce Wendt, and sisters: Pansy Aldridge, and Lois Fields.

Survivors include a son: Tony Wendt (Kimela) of Winfield, two daughters: Christine Colburn (Ralph) of Northside, and Kathie Warren of Twin, sisters: Eldora Marsengill and Marion Jacobs, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
