He was preceded in death by his father: Michael Douglas Pinkerton.
Survivors include his mother: Judy Pinkerton of Fayette, brother: Michael Pinkerton of Fayette, sisters: Felicia Hutcheson of Killen, Hope Pinkerton of Montgomery, Michelle Pinkerton of Fayette, and a niece: Brianna Traweek of Fayette.
