James Nichols Obituary

Mr. James Nichols,age78 of Fayette,passed away Tuesday April 14, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa.

The family will hold a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence and Flora Flippo Nichols, sister: Pauline Nichols Key (Johnnie Mack).

Survivors include his wife of 55 years: Hilda Key Nichols of Fayette, three daughters: Annette Nichols Tedford (Ramon) of Jasper, Karen Nichols Norris (Edward) of Lupton, Regina Nichols West (Stephen) of Fayette, one son: Ted Nichols (Candace) of Dade City, FL, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, two sisters: Ruth Nichols Norris (Doyle) of Eldridge, Brenda Nichols Latham (Harold) of Carbon Hill, nieces and nephews and a host of friends and relatives.

On February 23, 1964, James Mack accepted the calling on his life. For the past 57 years his greatest joy has been sharing the plan of salvation and leading others to Christ thru the preaching of God's Word.
