Harold Ferguson Obituary

Mr. Harold Ferguson, age 89 of Alexander City, formerly of Fayette, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Bill Nichols Veterans Home in Alexander City.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 3-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fayette City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-3 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Ferguson served in the United States Army, Tank Division. He was married to the late Ethel "Polly" Ferguson for 58 years. He was a member of Fayette First Baptist Church and Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Birmingham.

He is survived by his daughter: June Ferguson Smith (Bruce) of Birmingham , AL, one grandchild: Jennifer Marie Smith, brother: Frank Ferguson of Pittsburgh, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
