Elizabeth Owens

Mrs. Elizabeth Owens, age 83 of Fayette, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023 at Fayette Long Term Care.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 21, 2023 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Bobby Robbins and Bro. Wil Corbett will officiate.

Survivors include her husband: W.B. Owens of Fayette, daughter: Loretta Owens of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, sons: Steven Owens (Jan) and Billy Joe Owens (Tracey), both of Fayette, 8 grandchildren: Daniel Owens, Jessica Concienne (Joshua), John Michael Campbell (Kristin), April Campbell, Stephanie McGough (Mason), Leanne Campbell, Mackenzie Taylor (Morgan), Ty Owens (Sennia), 21 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter: Brandy Owens, great-grandsons: Jacob Feltman and Vincent Owens, and parents: Avil and Eunice Bryant Winters.

Pallbearers will be: John Michael Campbell, Ty Owens, Mason McGough, Morgan Taylor, Jordan Feltman, and Blake Feltman.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Fayette Long Term Care employees.
