Deanie Dozier Lenard

Mrs. Deanie Lenard, age 91 of Fayette, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025 at her residence. 

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 2-P.M. from Fayette Memorial Gardens. Rev. Scott Davis will officiate. 

She was preceded in death by her husband: James Lenard, parents: Banks and Agnes Dozier, brothers: Harrell Dozier, and Ray Dozier, sister: Peggy Ivy, and daughter: Nancy Faye Lenard. 

Survivors include her daughters: Diana Jane Lenard and Suzanne Lenard Wheat (Dwight) both of Cottondale, sisters: Linda Dillard of Columbus, MS, Judy McDonald (Blu) of Winfield, and Imogene Hollingsworth of Fayette, three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. 

Honorary pallbearers are: Rick Dozier, Jeff Dozier, Jerry Ivy, Ronny Ivy, Jack Perry, Donny Hollingsworth, Scotty McDonald, Kelly Riley, Scott Riley, Jeff Lenard, Gary Lenard, Adam Stone, and Jody Randolph. 

Active pallbearers will be: Brent Wheat, Andrew Stone, Greg Dillard, Brian Dillard, Eddie Dozier, and Jimmy Trice.
