Obituary
Mr. David Gilliland, age 76 of Fayette, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022 at Generations of Vernon.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery in Tuscaloosa County. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home.
Survivors include three bothers: Ardell Gilliland of Fayette, Daniel Gilliland of North Carolina, Shirley Gilliland of Birmingham, and one sister: Nell Smith of Tuscaloosa County.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Genroy and Elma Gilliland, 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
Pallbearers will be: Jimmy Gilliland, Joey Gilliland, Josh Gilliland, Gary Lett, Billy Jo Rogers, and Dale McCool.
