Darlene Maddox Nelson

Mrs. Darlene Nelson, age 54 of Fayette, passed away June 26, 2020 at North Hill Nursing Home in Birmingham.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7-9 P.M. at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rance and Dollie Mae Maddox, one brother, two sisters, and one grandson.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Nelson, one son, Anthony Nelson, three daughters, Sobhana Nelson, Sylvonia Nelson, and Alaysha Maddox, two brothers, Willie Maddox (Sharon), Rance Maddox Jr. (Sonya), two sisters, Odell Eatmon (Vincent), Guther Hernandez (Elias), and eight grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be, Derrick Hopson, Derrick Brown, Vincent Eatmon, Arsenio Eatmon, Christopher Billups, and Anthony Nelson.
