Dale Locke

Mr. Dale Locke, age 82 of Bankston, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at his residence.

There will be a private service held for Mr. Locke.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Hurley and Maudie Tingle Locke, brothers: Austin Locke, Arvil Locke, Earl Locke, JE Locke, sisters: Lucille Hocutt, Ruby Watkins, and a nephew that was raised as his brother: Lester Traweek.

Survivors include his wife: Joy Ann Locke of Bankston, two daughters: Delisa Locke Fields (Tim) and Tonya Dee Locke both of Bankston, one brother: Eugene Locke, four sisters: Mildred Griffin, Mary Brand, Betty Frost, and Martha Simpson, two grandchildren: Kayla Fields Kimbrell (Seth) and Justin Fields (Ashley), and three great-grandchildren: Anna Grace Kimbrell, Ty Kimbrell, and Noah Fields.

Dale was a good hearted, giving man who always provided for his family. He never met a stranger. He loved riding his John Deere Tractor and loved the Alabama Crimson Tide. Alzheimer's had robbed him of his memories other than his beloved momma, who he ask for often. He is now reunited with her and the rest of his loved ones that he had dearly missed on this earth.
