Carolyn Moore

Mrs. Carolyn Moore, age 82 of Fayette, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery-Kirkland Community. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Jarrett Lovelace and Bro. David Long will officiate,

Survivors include one son: Michael Moore, three daughters: Amelia Lynn Miles, Alicia Lori Moore, Angelia Leigh Smith, three brothers: Charles Dunnaway, Leland Dunnaway, Donald Gravatt, one sister: Ida Lou Cole, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Vinson William Moore, grandson: Andrew Michael Moore, granddaughter: Samantha Leigh Smith, father: Robert Glenn Dunnaway, mother:Annie Lou Gravatt, and sister: Deborah Lynn Fuller.

Shes been a loving wife for 66 years, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She was the most amazing, wonderful and caring person. She loved everyone and always put everyone else before herself. She loved God, believed in prayer, and had faith bigger than you could imagine. There will never be another memaw as precious as her. She taught us everything that we knew. She was the most Godly and loving woman that ever lived on this earth.

Pallbearers will be: James Keating, Dakota Whitson, Preston White, Anthony Nelson, Nate Nelson, and Phillip Nelson.
