Brenda Hannah

Mrs. Brenda Hannah, age 61 of Fayette, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at her residence.

The family will hold a private service.

Brenda D. Hannah was born September 26, 1959 to her loving parents Earnestine and George Dove in Fayette, AL. Brenda confessed Christ at a young age and was devoted to New Friendship Baptist Church. She attended West Highland, Fayette Co. Elementary School through High School and graduated in 1977. She also attended Bevill State Community College for two years. Brenda met the love of her life Rodney L. Hannah and married on October 18, 1979. With this marriage came three children: Torrance, Dwan and Brittney. Brenda was a military wife for 15 years and traveled around the states and to Germany. The soon made their way back to Fayette, AL where she lived the remainder of her life. With her three children, ten beautiful grandchildren were born. She loved her family so much. Brenda loved a good laugh, loved her some Alabama football, and she loved to cook and eat with her family. Brenda loved being at peace in her own space sitting on the deck enjoying sunny days. Now she is at peace with God but always in our hearts.

Survivors include her husband: Ron Hannah of Fayette, son: Torrance Hannah of Fayette, daughters: Dwan Williams of Fayette, Brittany Hannah of Birmingham, brothers: David Dove of Jasper, Albert Dove of Alaska, Raphael Dove of Northport, Rodney Dove of Fayette, sisters: Carolyn Wells of Jasper, Marilyn Storey of Huntsville, Jennifer Dove of Fayette, and ten grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, mother, father, uncle and brother.
