Bessie Bagwell

Mrs. Bessie Bagwell, age 94 of Bankston, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Fayette Long Term Care. 

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 30, 2025 at 4-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Cleveland Church of Christ Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 3-4 P.M. at the funeral home. 

She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Bagwell, parents: Andrew and Flossia Sawyer Tucker, brother: Horace Tucker, and sisters: Myrtle Aldridge, and Lois Bobo. 

Survivors include her daughter: Charlene Harbin of Bankston, granddaughter: Amanda Terry (Neil) of Bankston, great-granddaughter: Alexis Davis (Jiggy) of Buhl, great-grandsons: Axel Terry and Barrett Terry, and great-great grandsons: Kingston and Kamdyn Davis. 

Pallbearers will be: Neil Terry, Jiggy Davis, Billy Lowery, Dwight Trimm, Tommy Perkins, and Owen Sweatt.
