Bernard Moore

Bernard Moore, age 80, of Birmingham, Al (native of Hazard, KY) passed away on October 8, 2019.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy, two sons, Kenneth and Kevin Moore, two daughters-in-law, Becky and Jyl, four grandchildren, and extended family of cousins and friends.

He loved to travel, read books, and listen to music, especially jazz. He held a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science from Howard College, now Samford University.

The graveside service will be held at 1:30pm, Tuesday, October 15th at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham. A memorial service will follow at St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Cahaba Heights at 3:00pm, with a reception following at St. Stephens.

The family has asked that donations to The American Heart Association be made in lieu of flowers.
