Ben Walton

Mr. Ben Walton, age 81, of Fayette, AL passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at his residence. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 3, 2026 at 11-A.M. at Pisgah-Chapel Hill Church Cemetery. He will lie in state at the church from 10-A.M. to 11-A.M. Burial will follow.  Bro. Bobby Robbins and Bro. James Rivers will officiate.

He is survived by his wife: Gerane Walton, daughter: Christie Whitson (Brad), grandchildren: Chesney Walton Whitson and Tristan Walton Whitson,  one sister: Billie Ann Walton, and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Tim Ham, Dale Hindman, Chris Musgrove, Tommy Price, Robert McDonald, Mike Renfroe, and Sam Phillips.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billie Ann Walton, Debbie Ham, Teresa Price, Henry and Linda Thigpen, Eddie and Wanda Smelley, Mark and Debbie Randall, Steve and Sue Shelton, Carl and Sally Ham, Joel and Michelle Ham, Candy Walton and Anna Johnson, Tim and Joyce Suttles, Geargene McDonald, John and Nancy Alderson, Nina Treadway, and a host of great nieces and nephews.
