Barbara Detres Obituary

Mrs. Barbara Detres, age 79 of Fayette, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Fayette Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Odom Memorial Cemetery in Parrish.

Survivors include one son: Owen Detres of Fayette, three daughters: Becky Detres of Fayette, Carmen Craig of Vernon, Carol Carrell of Fayette, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Jimmy Detres, son: Jerry Wayne Johnson, parents: Owen and Evelyn Jacks, two brothers: Travis Jacks and Leland Bud Jacks, and two sisters: Martha Sullivan and Jean Pasley.
