Barbara Ann Carroll

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Carroll, age 76 of Fayette, will be held Sunday, November 5, 2023 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Covin Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 12-2 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Billy Carl Sullivan, Bro. Lamar Cox, and Bro. John Paul Kitchens will officiate. Surrounded by her family, she passed away at home on November 3, 2023.

Mrs. Carroll was born on October 11, 1947 to Charles and Catherine Foster of Kennedy. She married her high school sweetheart, Randall Carroll on July 2, 1966. They were married over 57 years. They were blessed with two daughters, Rita Howard (Jeff), and Beverly Mansfield (Johnny) both of Fayette, five grandchildren, Cameron Newton, Caroline Newton, Kayla Mansfield, Chandler Howard, and Peyton Mansfield all of Fayette.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, James F. Paslay and Flora Paslay and her father and mother-in-law, Ernie Paul Carroll and Imogene Carroll.

Pallbearers will be, Brandon Carroll, Andrew Shelton, Jackson Shelton, Jacob Jordan, Brayden Belski, Brooks Belski, and Jamie Harris.
