Argean Champion Obituary

Mrs. Argean Wheat Champion, age 81 of Coker, formerly of Fayette, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 at DCH Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include her daughter: Sherrie Summers (Ronald Watson) of Coker, son: Scott Champion ( Kathy McGee) of Fayette, 6 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Argie and Audra Wheat, grandmother: Willie Pearl Stripling, and brother: Terry Lee Wheat.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Judy and Thealon Hubbert, Annie Willis, Ronald Watson, Connie and Harold Dearman, Lois Western, and Glenn "Doc" Summers.

A private service will be held for the family. Burial will be in Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery in Tuscaloosa County.
