Alvie L Poole

Mrs. Alvie L. Poole, age 87 of Fayette, passed away April 21, 2022 at Fayette Long Term Care.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 24, 2022 at 3-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-3 P.M. at the funeral home. 

She was preceded in death by her husband; Jessie Lee Poole, parents; Calvin and Savannah Cotton, and seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one son; Dale Poole of Fayette, two daughters; Anita Varnadoe (Darryl) of Fayette, and Penny Aldridge (Scotty) Bankston, grandchildren; Kim Colburn (Steven), Shane Varnadoe (Renee), Ginger Beasley (Shane), Justin Poole (Brooke), Mindy Kirk (Derrick), April Poole, Leigh Ann Poole, Alex Aldridge (Alexa), and Lyle Aldridge, great-grandchildren; Noah and Rivers Colburn, Pierce and Presley Varnadoe, Karlie Beth and Isabella Beasley, Addy and Ames Poole, Ariya Stidham, Blaine Aldridge, Maverick, Alyssa, and Mackenzie Kirk.

Honorary pallbearers are; Fayette Long Term Care, Alabama Hospice Care of Jasper, and Dr. Fred Yerby and Staff.

Active pallbearers will be; Alex Aldridge, Lyle Aldridge, Justin Poole, Shane Beasley, Shane Varnadoe, Steve Cloburn, and Derrick Kirk.
