Martha Cook

Mrs. Martha Cook, age 83 of Fayette, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Fayette Long Term Care.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 2-P.M. from Elm Grove Church of God. Burial will follow in Studdards Crossroads Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1-2 P.M. at the church.

Survivors include one son; Micheal Cook (Donna), two daughters; Karen Denise Smith (Don), Dianna Van Threlkeld, one brother; Edward Kizzire, four sisters; Juanita Dyer, Amanda Talbert, Dorothy Perrine, and Gail Mays, eleven grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Roy C. Cook, son; Robert Allen Estes, daughter; Brenda Adams, parents; Rusty and Mittie Kizzire, brothers; Travis Kizzire, and YC Kizzire, and a grandson; Matt Adams. 

Honorary pallbearers are; FMC Long Term Care Staff, Comfort Care Hospice, and Judge William Oswalt.

Active pallbearers will be; Chance Cook, Jordan Cook, Jason Pendley, Shane Pendley, Brayden Mooneyham, Johnny Terry.
