Louise Maddox Obituary

Mrs. Louise Maddox, age 89, of Florence, formerly of Fayette, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Florence Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 27, at 3-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2-3 P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Fayette City Cemetery. Rev. Scott Davis will officiate.

Survivors include her son: Steve Maddox (Teresa) of Florence, daughters: Shelia Tucker (Joe) of Russellville, Sherry Price of Fayette, sister: Barbara Kellerman of Fairhope, five grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband: W.M. Maddox, Jr., son-in-law: James Price, parents: Willis Hayes and Trannie Fields Godfrey, four brothers, and three sisters.
