Jerry Franks

Mr. Jerry Franks, age 74 of Winfield, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield.

Funeral services will be held at 4pm Saturday, September 29 from the chapel of Nelson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday, September 28 from 6 to 8pm at Nelson Funeral Home. Mr. Franks will be laid to rest at White Springs Cemetery following the funeral on Saturday. Bro. David Crowe will officiate.

Survivors include his wife: Betty Franks, daughters: Tawanna Franks of Winfield, Tammy (James) Brown of Guin, Kim Atkinson of Hubbertville, brother: Mike Robinson of Arizona, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son: Jeremy Bernard Franks, parents: Leborn and Eunive Ballard Franks, and a brother: Douglas Robinson.

Pallbearers will be: James Brown, Tye Posey, Cole Gilbert, Chance Brown, Jeremy Brown, and Justin Nix.
