Mr. Dustin Hallmark, age 37 of Fayette, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at his residence.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 11-A.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel.
Survivors include his wife: April Hallmark, children: Halle Elaine Hallmark, McKayla Hope Webb, Katie Lynn Hallmark, Lucas Rex Hallmark, parents: Ricky and Tonya Hallmark, brothers: Nicholas Hallmark (Ashley), Raine Hallmark, sister of the heart: Misty Hubbert, grandparents: Terry B. Hallmark, Susan A. Hubbert, and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Dunny Rex Hubbert, Eugene Hallmark, and Gloria Gail Hubbert.
