Donald Nelson

Mr. Donald Nelson, age 90 of Fayette, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2019 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery.The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Bro. Randy Anderson and Bro. Edward Nelson will officiate.

Survivors include a son: Wayne Nelson (Susan) of Fayette, daughter: Shirley Stamps of Fayette, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Clemmie Nelson, grandson: John Aaron Stamps, parents: Aaron and Velma Abernathy Nelson, brother: William Nelson, and two sisters: Eloise Wright and Lyndall Harbin.

Pallbearers will be: Miles Wright, Philip Elliot, Edward Nelson, Robert Nelson, Justin Nelson, William Fowler, Tristan Stamps, and Issac Fowler.
