Mr. Denver Turner, age 21 of Fayette, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 2-P.M. from Nelson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fayette Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11-A.M. till service time at 2-P.M. at the funeral home.
Survivors include his mother: Stephanie Turner and friend Lance Sanchez, his father: Reggie Turner (Leigh), grandparents: Shelia Winsett, James and Nancy Turner, and his Poppa Norman Lademan, five brothers: McGee Turner, Hayse Turner, Jackson Turner, Dustin Parker, and Jason Gurley, and one sister: Aspen Sanchez, three uncles: Ryan Turner, Mark Jacks, and Terry Kettler (Sandra), as well as other family and friends.
Denver is a 2015 graduate of Alcorn Central High School where he played football and was very passionate about the game and his teammates. After graduation he moved back to Fayette where he attended Bevill State to pursue a career as an electrician. He worked at Fayette Ag where he loved his job and helping people by putting smiles on their faces. Denver loved working on his truck, playing basketball, and football. Denver was a member of Fayette First United Methodist Church where he faithfully attended with his Nanna and Dobba. Denver was always brightening everyone's day with his beautiful smile. He was loved by many and loved many, he will truly be missed.
Honorary pallbearers are: ACHS Football team, and workers at Fayette Ag.
Active pallbearers will be: McGee Turner, Hayse Turner, Jackson Turner, Dustin Parker, Jason Gurley and Mark Jacks.
