Delilah Ann Sanford

Mrs. Delilah Sanford, age 61 of Berry, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 1-P.M. from Pea Ridge Community Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The body will lie in state Saturday from 12-1 P.M. at the church. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Nelson Funeral Home.

Survivors include her mother: Esta Mae Nuckols of Berry, one son: Jonathan Sanford of Berry, two daughters: Kim Smith (Chris) of Fayette, Samantha Carrier (Johnathon) of Northport, three brothers: Lee Kimbrell of GA, Ray Kimbrell of Berry, and Mike Kimbrell of Fayette, six sisters: Glenda Sweat of TN, Melissa Pelfrey of Parrish, Anita Kimbrell of Berry, Christy Oswalt of Northside, Mary Thacker of Berry, and Jaime Nuckols of Fayette, and three grandchildren: Gracie Smith, Bradley Smith, and Landon Carrier.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Dennis "Bo" Sanford, and her father: David Kimbrell.

Pallbearers will be: Wesley Oswalt, Jesse Thacker, Mike Oswalt, Cody Fondren, Howard Pelfrey, and Colin Smith.
